Natalie is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with extensive experience supporting adults and young people with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.
She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from Royal Holloway, University of London. Natalie also has experience in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), enabling her to tailor treatment to the needs of each individual client.
Natalie has worked with The Blue Tree Clinic since 2016. She works with a broad range of difficulties, including OCD, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Specific Phobias, PTSD, Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, Depression, emotional regulation difficulties, and personality-related difficulties. She has particular interests in insomnia, low self-esteem, trauma, and ADHD, and has significant experience helping clients understand and manage the many ways ADHD can affect everyday life, including anxiety, emotional regulation, confidence, and coping with day-to-day demands.
Alongside her clinical work, Natalie also has experience supervising other therapists and lecturing Master’s level CBT students. These roles have further developed her clinical knowledge and reflect her commitment to high standards of practice, ongoing learning, and supporting the development of others within the profession.
Natalie values building a strong therapeutic relationship and understands that beginning therapy can sometimes feel like a big step. She aims to offer a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental space, particularly for clients who may feel nervous about seeking help for the first time. Her style is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to the individual, with a focus on creating meaningful and lasting change.
Natalie works on Tuesdays, Wednesdays during the day and evening, Thursdays, and Fridays.
