Yasmin Farah

Yasmin is a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist working both in the NHS IAPT service and Privately.

She holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In addition to this she holds a MSc Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with Goldsmiths, University of London

Yasmin works with a range of psychological difficulties including Depression, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Specific Phobia, Panic Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Low self-esteem and Perfectionism.

Yasmin has received training in the following modalities-
– Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
– Mindfulness

Most people feel anxious, stressed or low at some point in their lives but often try to struggle through on their own. Yasmin understands how daunting it can be to seek professional advice, but I have successfully helped many people with a wide variety of problems.

She enjoys seeing clients on Saturdays, which might be helpful for clients that can’t make weekday appointments due to work. She is also available for phone and Skype sessions on Friday (afternoon/evening).

Yasmin provides an open, sensitive and confidential space where you will be met with respect and acceptance.

Yasmin enjoys travelling when not working with us at The Blue Tree Clinic and going swimming.
