Natalie is a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist working both in the NHS and Privately.
She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology. In addition to this she holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with The University of Royal Holloway.
Natalie works with a range of psychological difficulties including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Specific Phobias, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, Depression and Borderline Personality Disorder.
Natalie has received training in the following modalities-
– Traditional Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
– Mindfulness
– Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT)
– Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
DBT is useful for people suffering with emotional regulation difficulties or those with a diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder.
She has particular interests in Insomnia, Low Self Esteem, Personality Disorders, and Trauma and is an expert in ADHD coaching and therapy.
Natalie uses her excellent clinical skills to help guide and tailor an individual’s experience of treatment.
She enjoys seeing clients on Sundays, which might be helpful for clients that can’t make weekday appointments work. She is also available for phone and Skype sessions Monday-Friday (evening).
She is patient, empathetic and kind, perfect for nervous patients who have not had treatment before or those that have a nervous disposition.
Natalie enjoys travelling around the world when not working with us at The Blue Tree Clinic and going to the gym to relax, she also enjoys creative writing.
