Natalie is a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist working both in the NHS and Privately.
She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology. In addition to this she holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with The University of Royal Holloway.
Natalie works with a range of psychological difficulties including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Specific Phobias, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety and Depression.
She has particular interests in Insomnia, Panic Attacks, Sexual Problems, Low Self Esteem, Personality Disorders and is keen to work with individuals who have Long Term Health Conditions. Natalie uses her excellent clinical skills to help guide and tailor an individual’s experience of treatment.
She enjoys seeing clients on Sundays, which maybe helpful for clients that can’t make weekday appointments work. She is also available for phone and Skype sessions. She is patient, empathetic and kind, perfect for nervous patient’s who have not had treatment before or those that have a nervous disposition.
