Lucy is a psychological practitioner she has worked for a medico-legal firm and within the NHS for the last 3 years. She holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Psychology and is currently undertaking her doctoral level qualification to become a Qualified Psychologist.
She has worked with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, substance abuse, personality-related and learning difficulties.
Lucy has experience in the following therapies:
-Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
-Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)
-Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
She has a particular interest in working with Trauma and ADHD (Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder).
Lucy’s approach is warm and emphatic with the aim of making her clients feel as comfortable and safe as possible.
When not working, Lucy enjoys travelling and eating lots of sushi. 🍣
