Lucy is a psychological practitioner she has worked for a medico-legal firm and within the NHS for the last 4 years. She holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Psychology and is currently undertaking her doctoral level qualification to become a qualified Psychologist later in 2023. She is an ADHD coach as well.
She works with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, substance abuse, personality-related and learning difficulties, and achieves great results.
Lucy has experience in the following therapies:
– Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
– Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT)
– Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
She has a particular interest/expertise in working with ADHD (Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder). She coaches students at the presigious University of Law in London with great success for their ADHD students and disability team.
Lucy’s approach is extremely warm and emphatic with the aim of making her clients feel as comfortable and safe as possible. Lucy sees clients of 17+ only in person and online.
When not working, Lucy enjoys travelling and eating lots of sushi. 🍣
