What is Person-Centred Therapy?

 

Person-Centered Therapy is designed to allow you to take the lead in your sessions in order to resolve issues on your own. As a result, you will gain self-confidence and practice in reaching solutions when you are presented with a challenge outside of your therapy sessions. Your therapist will act as a facilitator, but will give you the freedom to guide your own conversation in order to foster personal growth.
